Welcome to Lincolnshire’s newest Pottery Workshop and courses.

My name is Charlotte, I’m a well qualified Teacher in all that is Pottery and Ceramics, I have been working with clay for 34 years and have gained an enormous amount of expertise during that period.

I first touched clay at school and loved it and naturally, I did a pottery GCSE, this was followed by a BTEC in ceramics, then a BA(hons) in glass and ceramics. I did my PGCE in Art and Design and taught in schools for many years in the UK and abroad. I recently completed an MSc Psychology and have a keen interest in using pottery as a therapeutic outlet and with this in mind, I’m pleased to announce that I’ve recently started to offer courses.

One of my specialities is working with teenagers and people on the autistic spectrum.  Having now established my own pottery, I can combine teaching and facilitating people to explore their creativity. I teach both hand-building and throwing along with trying to find the time to pursue my own work. My intention is to offer a friendly, positive learning environment where people can relax, enjoy being creative and hopefully, have fun too.
