Please see below for a summary of the course pricing whether ‘Full Course’ (run in blocks of 6/7 weeks dependant upon school half term dates) or ‘Taster Course’, these are all payable in full in advance at the time of Booking.

‘One-off sessions’ – When held and at the discretion of Boudica Pottery and will be charged at the relevant rate payable in full in advance at the time of Booking.

IMPORTANT Notes:

Everything you need in terms of tools and materials will be provided.

Please be aware that parking is extremely limited at the pottery and is therefore, limited to attendees with a disability badge. Please park at the bottom of Abbey Park on Eastfield Road. It is only a few minutes walk from there.

Please do not arrive early for your session, there are likely to be classes underway or preparation for classes, I would also ask that you kindly to leave on time so that the studio can be prepared for the next session.

Facilities

The pottery is equipped with 2 electric potter’s wheels and 2 electric kilns. There are tables for use by hand-builders.

Tea and coffee are provided halfway through the session. Hot water if you want to provide your own specialist tea. 

What You Need to Bring

  1. An old hand towel.
  2. Pottery tools if you have any (not essential as these are available in the pottery).
  3. Clean apron  – needs washing after each session.     
  4. Protective gloves if using oxides/glazes  (rubber gloves).   
  5. Some ideas of anything visual that inspires you as a starting point for your work such as animals, shapes, patterns etc.      

Covid/Flu/Cold Protocol

Please do not attend class if you have any of the following:

  1. Have any of the symptoms now commonly associated with Covid, Flu or Common Cold.
  2. Have tested positive after a lateral flow or PCR test.
  3. Have been in close contact with a person who has since tested positive.
